We accept many types of insurance.

Personal Injury Protection

The "PIP" portion of the coverage covers accidents that occur while driving or riding in an insured car. Some PIP plans have a deductible that must be met; many do not. If you report the injury within 12 months of the accident, "PIP" should cover you. Some people have accidents and think they are fine, only to discover later that they are now stiff and sore. Some have even gone to the Emergency room of a hospital to be told they are "fine", when an evaluation by a qualified physical medicine specialist, would have revealed otherwise. Be sure the doctor who checks you is trained to diagnose soft tissue injuries and subluxations resulting from auto accidents.

There are often limits to PIP coverage and these can vary. PIP benefits are available to all parties in the car at the time you have an accident. If you reported an injury and opened a claim, don't sign anything saying you are ready to "settle" until you have been checked by a qualified Physical Medicine doctor who will verify that your injuries will heal with no reoccuring problems in the future. If you are hit by a driver who is found to be at fault; Your PIP will pay your treatment. Then when your treatment is complete, your insurance will cover the money from the insurance carrier of the driver that you hit. If your injuries are extensive and PIP does not cover the full extent of the doctor bill, you can have an attorney file a claim for "Bodily Injury" which should be covered by the insurance of the driver at fault. The coverage for bodily injury is usally more generous than the PIP plan allowances, which you can also use.

Personal Injury Lien

If you have no PIP on your car, or the PIP portion is exhausted, and you were injured by a party found at fault, you can have an attorney represent you to make sure the other party's "Bodily Injury" pays you for your treatment and care. Your doctor must agree to accept a signed lien from your attorney. If agreed; the doctor is paid when the care is completed, and the case is settled. Since all care is delivered prior to any payment., a signed lien and agreement between patient, attorneys and doctor is a must. The claim won't settle, and the insurance company will not issue payment, without a final written narrative report by the treating doctor releasing the patient from care.

Cash

For uninsured patients, or those with HMO plans, we have cash plans and discount packages to make our care affordable for people with no insurance who want and need our care. We have finance packages available for those patients who want care and need affordable monthly payments that fit their personal budgets.

We recognize that most insurance plans pay for only crisis care or symptom relief care. Many patients find their to our office after suffering and receiving failed care in HMO environments. They understand that our doctors are not interested in treating their symptoms with drugs, but that we are experts at treating the root cause of their problem. Often they are happy to finally find an environment that will give them some certainty that their symptoms can be corrected by addressing the underlying cause of their problem.
